Finally, I have donated my time virtually to many organizations such as the St, Jude’s Hospital, Nationwide Childen’s Hospital, Queen’s Village: The Podcast, and DG Designing the Future: Women Winning in Business
Why did you enter the pageant? I am extremely thrilled for this opportunity to join the Miss United Nations Pageant because I have wanted to be a part of this system for quite some time! I discovered the system on social media and want intrigued me the most was how empowering the mission and purpose of this pageant truly is, to the delegates and to the international community. I consider myself a global citizen. I had the grateful privilege of starting my internationally traveling at a young age and I have always been inspired by the spirit of community that can be found across the globe. This pageant system gives each of its delegates the opportunity to serve and empower our international community worldwide and that is something that I want to be a part of!
Which world leader inspire you? A world leader who inspires me is Greta Thunberg. The work that she is doing as a young activist is phenomenal! She is inspiring because at such a young age, she is confident and unapologetic for the cause of climate change mitigation. I love how she inspires us, in the smallest ways, to make every day, lifestyle changes to reduce our carbon footprint. She challenges us to not just look for hope but to create it!
What do you like about host state of Florida, USA?: What I adore the most about the state of Florida is its rich and amazing history. I worked as a tour guide at the Historical Museum of South Florida, now called, History Miami Museum, and it was one of the best jobs I’ve ever had because I love history. There is so much to be learned in my home state and to see how we are a part of an extraordinary eco system and natural habitat; with the Everglades, the coral reefs and all the bays, there is definitely no other place on Earth like Florida. I am truly excited that the Miss United Nations Pageant will be held in my home state, and I am so excited to share “Florida” with all of you!
Favourite Food: I LOVE GRILLED, STEAMED, BAKED OR BAG BOILED SEAFOOD!
